You may use Dilnaka only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must not use the service to interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or misuse storage and network resources.

You are responsible for the content you upload, store, access, or distribute through Dilnaka and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, API keys, and any other access tokens issued for your workspace or apps.

You must promptly rotate or revoke credentials that are lost, exposed, or believed to be compromised.

Paid features, usage limits, included storage, overage pricing, and retention periods may depend on your selected plan or negotiated terms.

You are responsible for charges associated with your account, including subscription fees, usage-based charges, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

We may suspend or restrict access if it is reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, address security incidents, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, but fees already incurred or owed remain payable unless a separate cancellation or refund term applies.

The service is provided subject to maintenance, updates, network dependencies, and third-party infrastructure conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you have a separate written agreement with Dilnaka, that agreement may control where it conflicts with these general terms.
